Achievement Bute provides a wide range of inclusive children’s activities and support for children and young people with disabilities on Bute.
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, energetic, caring and creative people to join our team. We require:
- Seasonal Staff to work mainly on weekdays during school holidays. View full role description here.
- Regular Support Staff to work throughout the year, mainly evenings and weekends during term-time, and mainly weekdays during school holidays. View full role description here.
Work is part-time/sessional.
Rate of pay £9.30 per hour plus holiday pay.
Applicants for the role of Regular Support Staff will require to register with the SSSC.
Experience of working with children would be advantageous. Achievement Bute provides training for all support workers.

Join the Achievement Bute Board
The Board of Trustees of Achievement Bute is a group of local people who are committed to these aims and who want Achievement Bute to thrive for the benefit of the children of Bute.
We have six board meetings per year, held during school term-time and the Board plays a key role in the growth of the charity, setting the overall direction and providing scrutiny to our processes and decisions.
